These terms govern use of the flatpred.com marketing site and the FLATPRED apps (Panel, Client Portal, Home).

Scope of services

FLATPRED provides tools for property management, resident communication and owner operations. Features depend on the product (B2B Panel, Client Portal, Home) and your active plan or contract.

Accounts and access

Accounts are created by the operator or by invitation. SSO login (for example Google or LinkedIn) is available only for existing accounts. You are responsible for protecting credentials and devices.

Content and liability

You are responsible for content you enter into the system (documents, financial data, tenant data). FLATPRED is not liable for decisions based solely on data entered by users.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. Material changes will be announced on the site or in the app. Continued use after publication means acceptance, unless your contract says otherwise.
